faithfulness.
Well, the news is finally in....
FINALLY! After 1.5 years of working out and losing almost 90 lbs, filling out tons of paperwork (some multiple times...), and just waiting for God to reveal His plan - WE ARE ARMY!
We are just so overwhelmed and so grateful. It really hasn't hit us completely yet. It's been a long time waiting. Thank you so much to those who have supported us in this long journey.
The recruiter that has been working with hubby explained that God has really been with him throughout this process and should feel extra blessed because they turned down a ton of applicants. I'm just in awe of His faithfulness... "Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see. All I have needed Thy hand hath provided; Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!"
On another note, I have been waiting for a yay or nay from the Army to create a new blog. I changed email addresses and am getting rid of the old one that is linked to this blog. Unfortunately, since I now have a gmail account I can't just simply change my email address... I'm still figuring out what I want to call it... as soon as I make it I will post a link! :)
